The “Wake Up Your Campus National App Test Challenge” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is intended for legal residents of the United States of America (“USA”) who are currently enrolled students at any American university or college and shall only be construed and evaluated according to applicable USA law and Virginia state law. Do not enter this Sweepstakes if you are not a current college student or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Jen Lilley Ministries, Inc., 2014 Electric Road, #195, Roanoke, Virginia 24018 (the “Sponsor”).
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the USA who, at the time of entry, are currently enrolled students at any American university or college, and are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or seventeen (17) years of age with verified parent or guardian consent prior to prize award (each an “Entrant”).
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, or of any school, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and the officers, directors, agents, and employees of each of the foregoing (collectively, the “Released Parties”), as well as members of their immediate families (defined as including spouse, biological, adoptive, and step-parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren, and each of their respective spouses, regardless of residence) or members of the same household (whether related or not), may participate in the Wake Up Your Campus National App Test Challenge but are not eligible to win prizes or receive incentives associated with the Sweepstakes.
Non-eligibility or non-compliance with any of these Official Rules will result in disqualification. Void where prohibited, restricted, or regulated by law, regulation, or ordinance.
(For the avoidance of doubt, references in these Rules to “Entrants” shall include any Entrants who are deemed the “Winners,” as defined herein.)
By participating, Entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Winning a Prize (as defined below) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on September 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 7, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.
There are multiple ways to participate. Completion of the entry form or a valid mail-in entry is required for entry eligibility.

Students who participated in the Spring 2026 Wake Up Your Campus Challenge at any of the 12 participating schools may download the app onto their phones and may visit challenge.WakeUpYourCampus.com for more instructions on how to participate.
All Other Students:
Students who were not part of the Spring 2026 challenge may join using a friend’s referral link or code.
All participants must complete Step 2 to be entered into the Sweepstakes.
To enter the Sweepstakes, Entrants must download the app and submit the official entry form on the homepage.
Each submission of the entry form constitutes one (1) Sweepstakes entry and may be completed once per calendar day during the Sweepstakes Period by completing the daily devotional prompt.
Participation in bonus entry actions is optional and not required to enter or win. After submitting at least one daily entry, Entrants may earn additional bonus entries through the following actions:

To be valid, each entry must provide all requested information. Proof of entry information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of an entry. Entries made by any other individual or entity, and/or originating at any other website or email address, including, but not limited to, commercial sweepstakes subscription or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. The Released Parties are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned except as provided herein.
By participating, Entrants consent to the Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of their personal information for the administration of this Sweepstakes. By entering the Sweepstakes and providing their contact information, Entrants acknowledge and agree to the Sponsor’s collection, usage, and limited sharing of their personal information as described herein, and acknowledge that they have read and accepted the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
If for any reason the operation or administration of the Wake Up Your Campus National App Test Challenge Sweepstakes is impaired or incapable of running as planned, including but not limited to (i) infection by computer virus, bugs, or unauthorized intervention; (ii) tampering, fraud, or technical failures; or (iii) any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, without prior notice. In such event, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, award the prizes from all non-suspect eligible entries received as of the date of termination, or in any other manner that is fair and consistent with the spirit of these Official Rules.
Sponsor further reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or Website; acting in violation of these Official Rules; or acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or abusive manner.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of a winner based on an email address, the winning entry will be declared by the authorized account holder of the email address used at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
By participating in the Wake Up Your Campus Challenge or Sweepstakes, including by submitting photos, videos, or other content through social media or the entry form (including content shared using the hashtag #WakeUpYourCampus), Entrants grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to repost, share, display, publish, and use such content, in whole or in part, for promotional, educational, and informational purposes related to the Wake Up Your Campus initiative, including on the Sponsor’s websites, social media accounts (including @WakeUpYourCampus), email communications, and other marketing materials, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.
Entrants represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that such content does not infringe the rights of any third party.
By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Jen Lilley Ministries, Inc. (the “Sponsor”), their school or any other participating schools (including its departments, offices, and affiliates), and all Social Media Platforms (including, without limitation, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram from Meta) (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any Prize, including, but not limited to: (i) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (iii) printing errors; (iv) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (v) injury, death, or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of the Prizes.
Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Released Parties are not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, human error, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to Entrant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes.
Entrants further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney fees. Entrants waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. For New Jersey Residents: nothing herein bars recovery of damages or attorneys’ fees where mandated by statute.
IN NO EVENT WILL RELEASED PARTIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF, OR ANY HARM RESULTING FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF A PRIZE.
By participating, Entrants release and agree to hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for any injuries, death, or losses or damages to persons or property AS WELL AS CLAIMS/ACTIONS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, AND/OR INVASION OF PRIVACY that may arise from participating in this Sweepstakes or its related activities, or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of, or any harm resulting from the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a Prize. Released Parties are not liable in the event that any portion of the Sweepstakes is canceled due to weather, fire, strike, acts of war or terrorism, pandemic, or any other condition beyond their control.
EACH ENTRANT UNDERSTANDS AND AGREES THAT ALL RIGHTS UNDER SECTION 1542 OF THE CIVIL CODE OF CALIFORNIA AND ANY SIMILAR LAW OF ANY STATE OR TERRITORY OF THE UNITED STATES ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVED BY HIM/HER. SECTION 1542 READS AS FOLLOWS:
“A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.”
The potential Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.
Four (4) Weekly Prize drawings will be conducted from among all eligible entries received during each applicable Weekly Entry Period, as outlined below:
Grand Prize Drawing:
One (1) Grand Prize drawing will be conducted on or about October 12, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes Period (September 7-October 7, 2026).
Odds of winning a Prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The potential Winners will each be contacted by the Sponsor via email and/or direct message using the information provided at the time of entry.
Potential Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of notification or the Prize may be forfeited. If a potential Winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in the required timeframe, or is deemed ineligible, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select an alternate Winner from among all remaining eligible entries.
Minimum Participation Requirement. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, not to award any Prize if fewer than twenty-five (25) eligible Entrants participate in the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period. In such event, Sponsor may cancel any applicable drawing(s), and Sponsor shall have no obligation to award any Prize.
All prizes are subject to the Minimum Participation Requirement set forth in the Drawing and Notification section.
There will be one (1) Grand Prize, and four (4) Weekly Prizes available.
TOTAL PRIZE POOL – $1,040.00 USD.
The value of the Prizes and Grant set forth above represents the Sponsor’s good-faith determination of the ARV thereof, and such determinations are final and binding and cannot be appealed. If the actual value of any Prize is lower than the stated ARV when the Prize is procured and fulfilled, the difference will not be awarded.
All other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, including but not limited to internet access, device usage, or other incidental costs associated with entry or participation, are the sole responsibility of the Winners. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any cancellations, delays, or substitutions, or for any act or omission of third-party vendors or service providers.
Substitution, assignment, or transfer of a Prize is not permitted, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize or any Prize component with another of equal or greater value if the stated Prize becomes unavailable.
By accepting a Prize, the Winners agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize.
The potential Grand Prize Winner must sign and return to the Sponsor, within seven (7) days of the date of notice or attempted notice, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release (and, if under the age of eighteen (18), a Parent/Guardian Consent Form) in order to claim the Prize. The potential Grand Prize Winner may also be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and provide any other information reasonably necessary for Sponsor to comply with applicable federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements. Failure to timely return the required documents may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner.
Winners are responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes associated with the receipt of their Prize. Sponsor will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local tax reporting requirements.
If a Prize or Prize notification is returned as unclaimed or undeliverable to the potential Winner, if a potential Winner cannot be reached or does not comply with notification instructions within seventy-two (72) hours of the first notification attempt, if a potential Winner fails to return required documentation within the specified time period, or if a potential Winner is not in compliance with these Official Rules, then such person shall be disqualified and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, an alternate Winner may be selected.
By accepting a Prize, where permitted by law, the Winners grant to the Released Parties and those acting under the authority of the Sponsor and the Released Parties (which grant will be confirmed in writing upon Sponsor’s request) the irrevocable right to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide, in all media now known or hereafter developed, their full name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without further payment or additional consideration, and without review, approval, or notification.
The Winners also acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relating to any Prize.
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of Entrants and the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.

All disputes arising under these Official Rules shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Roanoke, Virginia.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect and be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable provision were not contained herein.
These Official Rules contain the full and complete understanding with respect to the Sweepstakes and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written. The headings herein are for convenience only, do not constitute a part of these Official Rules, and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof. No amendment to, or waiver of, any provision of these Official Rules shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the Sponsor. The waiver by the Sponsor of any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of any other provision herein. The rights and obligations hereunder may not be assigned by any Entrant, whether by operation of law or otherwise, without the prior written consent of the Sponsor, and any attempted assignment in violation of the foregoing shall be null and void. These Official Rules shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the permitted successors and assigns of the Sponsor and the Entrants.
